INTERIOR STYLING & HOME STAGING SERVICES

• Space planning, furniture layout, colour consultations, finish selections including but not limmited to tile, coutertop, ligh fixtures, hardware, floring, wallpaper;

• Furnishing and styling vacant homes for living or for sale (home staging);
• Quick 3-4 hours room RE-FRESH which includes layout shifting, editting, and styling using what is on hand;
• Sourcing furniture and decorative accessories for purchase;
• Redesigning, editing, declutering of homes for sale by:
– providing effective and affordable organizing solutions;
– providing hands on sorting assistance;
– arragning for/or hiring handymen, cleaners, junk removal services, and coordination for these services;
– assistance in decision making process, and ongoing suport.

ORGANIZING / DOWNSIZING SERVICES

• Effective organizing solutions
• Hands-on sorting assistance
• Provide detailed organizing instructions and home-work
• Assitance and coordination of dispersal of items
• Space planning, and redesign
• Shopping for items needed for the project
• Arrange for junk removal services
• Arrange/hire handymen, cleaners and other professionals as needed
• Motivation, communication, and ongoing support

RELOCATING / MOVING IN OR MOVING OUT SERVICES

• Professional packing, and unpacking
• Assist in the decision making process
• Coordinating dispersal of items if needed
• Schedule, and coordinate with the moving company
• Space planning, and set up at the new residence
• Utlilities, television, and computer hook up/disconecction
• Arrange for junk removal services as needed
• Arrange for handymen, cleaners and other professionals as needed
• Communication, and ongoing support
